Shipping Coverage Orvexaa Shop currently ships to all physical addresses within the Contiguous United States (US).

Order Handling & Transit Times

• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

• Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on federal holidays will be processed the following business day.

• Transit / Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00.

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50.00.

• All shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you complete payment. No hidden shipping fees are charged.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates generally take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your package arrives damaged or tracking indicates non-delivery past the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at contact@orvexaa.shop with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
